Asshats and Laugh Tracks

Last night while, waiting to watch Bones, Beth was watching Big Bang Theory. Now don't get me wrong, Big Bang is a cool show but the jokes are followed by a laugh track. Being told when to laugh is kind of a turn off to a show. Shows like House and Bones where the jokes are just as geeky...you just have to hear them for yourself. Instead of giggling along to the laughter of the dead. I almost ROFL'ed when within the highly educated,   people of gargantuan vocabularies asshat gets dropped. Long set up, but funnier in my opinion.
